①電動(dòng)扳手是定扭矩的，因此作旋緊用時(shí)必須注意扳手的使用范圍，以防檸斷螺栓。

②一般裝配一個(gè)螺紋件，沖擊時(shí)間為2～3s，不要經(jīng)常超過(guò)5S。

③電壓過(guò)高過(guò)低均不宜使用?？辙D(zhuǎn)時(shí)，若有火花、響聲等異常時(shí)，要排除故障后再使用。變換轉(zhuǎn)向時(shí)，要先用電源開(kāi)關(guān)切斷電源，再扳動(dòng)正反轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)，以保護(hù)正反轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)。

1、確認(rèn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所接電源與電動(dòng)扳手銘牌是否相符。是否接有漏電保護(hù)器。
1. Confirm whether the power supply connected on site is consistent with the nameplate of electric wrench. Whether leakage protector is connected.
2、根據(jù)螺帽大小選擇匹配的套筒，并妥善安裝。

3、在送電前確認(rèn)電動(dòng)扳手上開(kāi)關(guān)斷開(kāi)狀態(tài)，否則插頭插入電源插座時(shí)電動(dòng)扳手將出其不意地立刻轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，從而可能招致人員傷害危險(xiǎn)。

4、若作業(yè)場(chǎng)所在遠(yuǎn)離電源的地點(diǎn)，需延伸線纜時(shí)，應(yīng)使用容量足夠，安裝合格的延伸線纜。延伸線纜如通過(guò)人行過(guò)道應(yīng)高架或做好防止線纜被碾壓損壞的措施。

2檢查電動(dòng)扳手機(jī)身安裝螺釘緊固情況，若發(fā)現(xiàn)螺釘松了，應(yīng)立即重新扭緊，否則會(huì)導(dǎo)致電動(dòng)扳手故障。
