3.測量時,手要把握住把手的,沿垂直于扭力扳手殼體方向，慢慢地加力，直聽到扭力扳手發(fā)出“塔”的聲音，此時扭力扳手已到達預置扭力值，工件已加力完畢，然后應及時解除作用力，以免損壞另部件。在施力過程中,按照標準儀器操作規(guī)范,其垂直度偏差左右不應超過10度。其水平方向上下偏差不應超過3度,操作人員在使用過程中應保證其上下左右施力范圍均不超過15度；

4.為了不使測量結果因水平和垂直方向上的偏差而產生影響,在測量時,應在加力把持端上施加一個垂直向下的穩(wěn)定力值， 然后再手動加點力，這樣操作可以讓讀數值更準確。
