The form of connection pair of torsional shear high-strength bolt is specified in GB / t3632-2008: the connection pair includes: a screw / a nut / a washer.

1安裝時高強螺栓應自由穿入孔內，不得強行敲打。扭剪型高強螺栓的墊圈安在螺母一側，墊圈孔有倒角的一側應和螺母接觸，不得裝反（大六角頭、高強螺栓的墊圈應安裝在螺栓頭一側和螺母一側，墊圈孔有倒角一側應和螺栓頭接觸，不得裝反）。

1. During installation, the high-strength bolt shall freely penetrate into the hole and shall not be knocked by force. The washer of torsion shear high-strength bolt shall be installed on the nut side, and the side with chamfer in the washer hole shall contact the nut and shall not be installed reversely (the washer of large hexagon head and high-strength bolt shall be installed on the bolt head side and nut side, and the side with chamfer in the washer hole shall contact the bolt head and shall not be installed reversely).

2螺栓不能自由穿入時，不得用氣割擴孔，要用絞刀絞孔，修孔時需使板層緊貼，以防鐵屑進入板縫，絞孔后要用砂輪機孔邊毛刺，并鐵屑。

2. When the bolt cannot penetrate freely, it is not allowed to ream the hole with gas cutting. The hole shall be reamed with a reamer. When repairing the hole, the plate layer shall be close to prevent iron filings from entering the plate joint. After reaming, the burr at the hole edge shall be removed with a grinder and the iron filings shall be removed.

3螺栓穿入方向宜一致，穿入高強螺栓用扳手緊固后，再卸下臨時螺栓，以高強螺栓替換。不得在雨天安裝高強螺栓，且摩擦面應處于干燥狀態(tài)。

4.高強螺栓的緊固：必須分兩次進行，一次為初擰。初擰緊固到螺栓標準軸力（即設計預拉力）的60%～80%，初擰的扭矩值不得小于終擰扭矩值的30%。二次緊固為終擰，終擰時扭剪型高強螺栓應將梅花卡頭擰掉。為使螺栓群中所有螺栓均勻受力，初擰、終擰都應按一定順序進行。一般接頭：應從螺栓群中間順序向外側進行緊固。從接頭剛度大的地方向不受約束的自由端進行。從螺栓群向四周擴散的方式進行。

4. Fastening of high-strength bolts: it must be carried out in two times, one for initial tightening. The initial tightening shall be tightened to 60% ~ 80% of the standard axial force (i.e. design pretension) of the bolt, and the torque value of the initial tightening shall not be less than 30% of the final tightening torque value. The secondary tightening is the final tightening. During the final tightening, the plum blossom bayonet shall be screwed off by the torsion shear high-strength bolt. In order to make all bolts in the bolt group bear stress evenly, the initial tightening and final tightening shall be carried out in a certain order. General joints: fasten from the middle of the bolt group to the outside. From the place with large joint stiffness to the unrestrained free end. Spread from the center of the bolt group to all around.
