1、具有預(yù)設(shè)扭矩?cái)?shù)值和聲響裝置。當(dāng)緊固件的擰緊扭矩達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)數(shù)值時(shí)，能自動(dòng)發(fā)出訊號“卡嗒”(click)的一聲，同時(shí)伴有明顯的手感振動(dòng)，提示完成工作。解除作用力后，扳手各相關(guān)零件能自動(dòng)復(fù)位。

二、使用方法
2、 Method of use
1、根據(jù)工件所需扭矩值要求，確定預(yù)設(shè)扭矩值。
1. Determine the preset torque value according to the required torque value of the workpiece.
2、預(yù)設(shè)扭矩值時(shí)，將扳手手柄上的鎖定環(huán)下拉，同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手柄，調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺主刻度線和微分刻度線數(shù)值所需扭矩值。調(diào)節(jié)好后，松開鎖定環(huán)，手柄自動(dòng)鎖定。
2. When preset the torque value, pull down the locking ring on the wrench handle, turn the handle at the same time, and adjust the values of the main scale line and differential scale line of the scale to the required torque value. After adjustment, release the locking ring and the handle will lock automatically.
3、在扳手方榫上裝上相應(yīng)規(guī)格套筒，并套住緊固件，再在手柄上緩慢用力。施加外力時(shí)必須按標(biāo)明的箭頭方向。當(dāng)擰緊到發(fā)出信號“卡嗒”(click)的一聲(已達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)扭矩值)，停止加力。一次作業(yè)完畢。
3. Install sockets of corresponding specifications on the square tenon of the wrench, sleeve the fasteners, and then slowly apply force on the handle. The external force must be applied in the direction of the indicated arrow. When the torque is tightened to a "click" signal (the preset torque value has been reached), stop the force application. One operation is completed.
4、大規(guī)格扭矩扳手使用時(shí)，可外加接長套桿以便操作省力。

5、如長期不用，調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺刻線退扭矩小數(shù)值處。
