一、扭矩扳手在使用前，應(yīng)根據(jù)緊固件的強度等級和扭矩值要求選用合適量程的規(guī)格和型號，不應(yīng)超范圍使用。右旋使用時，順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)表蓋上的旋鈕，使記憶指針與主動指針指向刻度盤的零位刻線。左旋使用時，逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)表蓋的的旋鈕，使記憶指針與主動指針靠緊，且主動指針指向刻度盤的零位刻線。

三、在停止施力后，主動指針在彈性元件和機芯扭簧的作用下自動回復(fù)零位，記憶指針仍停留在指示的刻度上，并準(zhǔn)確讀出扭矩值。旋轉(zhuǎn)表蓋上的旋鈕，使記憶指針也回復(fù)到零位，可進行下一次使用。精量在使用時，還進行定期的檢查和校正。
3、 After stopping the force application, the active pointer will automatically return to the zero position under the action of the elastic element and the movement torsion spring, the memory pointer will still stay on the indicated scale and accurately read out the torque value. Rotate the knob on the meter cover to return the memory pointer to the zero position for the next use. When the precision is used, it is also checked and corrected regularly.
