1、裝上反力支架，并緊固螺釘。開動(dòng)主機(jī)，使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對(duì)應(yīng)，然后裝入扳手套筒，插上銷釘，并用橡膠圈固定。
1. Install the reaction bracket and fasten the screw. Start the main engine, so that the square head pin hole corresponds to the counterforce support hole, and then install the pulling glove barrel, insert the pin, and fix it with the rubber ring.
2、將控制儀的扭矩旋鈕調(diào)到所需扭矩值，將主機(jī)正反開關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置，把扳手套筒套在螺紋銜接件的六方上。
2. Set the torque knob of the controller to the required torque value, set the positive and negative switch of the main engine to the positive rotation position, and put the wrench glove barrel on the six sides of the threaded joint.
3、按下電源開關(guān)，扳手啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)反力支架力臂靠牢支架時(shí)（支點(diǎn)能夠是臨近的一只螺栓或其他可作支點(diǎn)的位置）螺栓開端擰緊。當(dāng)螺栓扭矩到達(dá)預(yù)定扭矩時(shí)，扳手自動(dòng)中止，緊固完成，松開電源開關(guān)，停止下一只螺栓的擰緊工作。
3. Press the power switch and start the wrench. When the reaction bracket arm is firmly attached to the bracket (the fulcrum can be a nearby bolt or other position where it can be used as a fulcrum), the bolt is tightened at the beginning. When the bolt torque reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench automatically stops, the fastening is completed, the power switch is loosened, and the tightening of the next bolt is stopped.
4、扳手自動(dòng)中止后，靠反力支架的彈性形變力，使支架力臂自動(dòng)脫離支點(diǎn)，取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點(diǎn)時(shí)，可撥動(dòng)正反開關(guān)，點(diǎn)動(dòng)電源開關(guān)扳手即可取下。
4. When the wrench stops automatically, the elastic deformation force of the reaction bracket can make the bracket arm break away from the fulcrum automatically and take down the wrench. If the force arm can not be separated from the fulcrum, the positive and negative switch can be switched, and the power switch wrench can be removed by clicking.
