扭剪扳手配件一般都不可以勇用的，扳手的型號相同，但是里面的構(gòu)造是不同的，另外扭剪扳手的套筒27#  34#  36#  41#套筒型號相同，但是樣式也不相同，所以即使套筒型號相同，也是不可以通用的，還需要找原廠家購買配件和套筒。

1、按所需定力數(shù)值，選擇相應(yīng)的并經(jīng)校驗合格的定扭矩扳手，不準使用沒有經(jīng)過校驗的定扭力扳手。

2、要用平衡、緩慢的力扭轉(zhuǎn)扳手，不能急扭，手握住定扭力扳手手柄中間點，垂直于扳手線拉動手柄，直到達到所要求的力矩為止，不允許隨意手握根部和端點。

4、用定扭力扳手擰緊螺栓時，應(yīng)盡可能不使用轉(zhuǎn)接器，非用不可時，必須遵守下列要求：轉(zhuǎn)接器有各種不同形狀時，可合理選用；為減少擰緊力矩誤差，轉(zhuǎn)接器長度應(yīng)小于定扭力扳手長度；連接轉(zhuǎn)接器時，其線應(yīng)和扳手線成一條直線，若需要也可使用軸線偏移的轉(zhuǎn)接器，但不超過15°角。
