扭剪型高強螺栓使用注意事項有哪些？

1、初擰扳手，可用電動扳手也可用手動帶響扳手。但無論用哪種扳手施工前都進行標定，以便控制初擰扭距值。手動扳手作為終擰工具時，每班進行標定，并做好標定記錄。

However, no matter which wrench is used, it shall be calibrated before construction to control the initial tightening torque value. When the manual wrench is used as the final tightening tool, it shall be calibrated every shift and the calibration records shall be made.
2、終檸板手：扭剪型高強螺栓是一種自標量型螺栓，因此終擰只須把高強螺栓尾部螺栓頭擰掉即可，扳手不用標定。

3、終擰緊固時應(yīng)注意，待梅花頭全部套入套筒后，才能按下電動扳手開關(guān)，若內(nèi)套筒只套入梅花頭尺寸的1/3～1/2長度時按下電動扳手開關(guān)，將會造成梅花頭打滑，并且影響套筒的使用壽命。

4、緊固時，終擰電動扳手應(yīng)和構(gòu)件摩擦面保持垂直，扳手傾斜是很容易導(dǎo)致螺栓尾部梅花頭打滑，并易卡殼。
