1. Before using the torque wrench calibrator, check whether the power of the instrument is sufficient. If the power is insufficient, please charge it first (it can also be used when charging);

2、將被檢物的四方測頭插入檢定儀的承力四方孔內(nèi)，同時使得被檢扳手另一端的手柄在高度調(diào)節(jié)塊上方（若長度不夠時，可自由調(diào)節(jié)整套加載裝置）;

a)在用戶主界面第1次按下“設(shè)置”鍵進(jìn)入用戶設(shè)置界面，通過向上鍵或者向下鍵進(jìn)行設(shè)置項(xiàng)的選擇，選擇到用戶的設(shè)置項(xiàng)時，按“設(shè)置”鍵進(jìn)入?yún)?shù)設(shè)置界面，通過“▲”鍵和“▼鍵進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)修改和移位，此時按“保存”健保存設(shè)置數(shù)據(jù)，顯示屏界面返回用戶設(shè)置界面，可進(jìn)行下。一設(shè)置項(xiàng)（如按“置零”鍵則返回到進(jìn)入用戶設(shè)置界面，不保存修改數(shù)據(jù))，當(dāng)所有設(shè)置項(xiàng)都設(shè)置好并保存后，直接按“ON/OFF”鍵關(guān)機(jī)，再按“ON/OFF”鍵開機(jī)，進(jìn)入用戶主界面。設(shè)置的數(shù)據(jù)不能超過負(fù)荷值；

注意事項(xiàng)、保養(yǎng)及維修

1、請勿超負(fù)荷測試扭矩，一定要在扭矩測試儀的測試范圍內(nèi)測試扭矩，

4、請勿松動扭矩測試頭的固定螺絲。
