扭力扳手是一種精 密控制螺栓和螺母鎖緊力矩的專用工具，應(yīng)按照下列要求正確使用:

1、不能使用預(yù)置式扭力扳手去拆卸螺栓或螺母。
1. Do not use a preset torque wrench to remove bolts or nuts.
2、嚴(yán)禁在扭力扳手尾端加接套管延長(zhǎng)力臂，以防損壞扭力扳手。
2. It is forbidden to add a sleeve at the end of the torque wrench to extend the force arm to prevent damage to the torque wrench.
3、根據(jù)需要調(diào)節(jié)所需的扭矩，并確認(rèn)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)處于鎖定狀態(tài)才可使用。
3. Adjust the required torque as required and confirm that the adjusting mechanism is locked before use.
4、使用扭力扳手時(shí)，應(yīng)平衡緩慢地加載，切不可猛拉猛壓，以免造成過(guò)載，導(dǎo)致輸出扭矩失準(zhǔn)。在達(dá)到預(yù)置扭矩后，應(yīng)停止加載力量。
4. When using the torque wrench, it shall be loaded slowly and balanced, and shall not be pulled and pressed violently, so as to avoid overload and inaccurate output torque. After reaching the preset torque, the loading force shall be stopped.
5、預(yù)置式扭力扳手使用完畢，應(yīng)將其調(diào)小扭矩，使測(cè)力彈簧充分放松，以延長(zhǎng)其壽命。

6、應(yīng)避免水分侵入預(yù)置式扭力扳手，以防零件銹蝕。

7、所選用的扭力扳手的開(kāi)口尺寸必須與螺栓或螺母的尺寸相符合，扳手開(kāi)口過(guò)大易滑脫并損傷螺件的六角，各類扳手的選用原則，一般優(yōu)先選用套筒扳手，其次為梅花扳手，再次為開(kāi)口扳手，選活動(dòng)扳手。
7. The opening size of the selected torque wrench must be consistent with the size of the bolt or nut. If the opening of the wrench is too large, it is easy to slip off and damage the hexagon of the screw. Generally, socket wrench is preferred, followed by ring wrench, open-ended wrench and movable wrench.
8、為防止扳手損壞和滑脫，應(yīng)使拉力作用在開(kāi)口較厚的一邊，這一點(diǎn)對(duì)受力較大的活動(dòng)扳手尤其應(yīng)該注意，以防開(kāi)口出現(xiàn)“八”字形，損壞螺母和扳手。
8. In order to prevent the wrench from being damaged and slipping, the pulling force shall act on the thicker side of the opening, which shall be paid special attention to the adjustable wrench with large force, so as to prevent the "eight" shape of the opening from damaging the nut and wrench.
9、扭力扳手是按人手的力量來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)的，遇到較緊的螺紋件時(shí)，不能用錘擊打扳手；除套筒扳手外，其它扳手都不能套裝加力桿，以防損壞扳手或螺紋連接件。
